Hello! My name is Ruth. I am currently interested in using computational approaches to study the cognitive mechanisms behind impression formation; how we form and represent people from other groups within our minds. I hope to extend this work into understanding stereotyping and racial bias more generally, using a combination of neural network, brain imaging and behavioural approaches.
